🚲 Bike Theft Appeal - Witnesses/CCTV Sought

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for information following the theft of a bicycle in York.

The incident occurred at approximately 17:00hrs on Tuesday 18 August 2026 outside the Co-op, Regent Buildings, Acomb Road, York.

The stolen cycle is described as a black Carrera Vengeance mountain bike, with a distinctive gold clip located underneath the seat.

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the theft, seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area around the time of the incident, or who may have relevant CCTV, doorbell, dashcam, or mobile phone footage.
